The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 471 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66450 of 2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72471 of 2021(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 471 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
