JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Ravi Mahto and some others, who forcibly took away the informant from his house, and, after that, the informant was assaulted by them. However, it is also the case of the prosecution that, in the meantime, petitioner also came there and gave threatening to him and also pressurized to enter into compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that coaccused Ravi Mahto and four others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Patna.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36860 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.Case No. 147 of 2016.
