JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.12 of 2016 arising out of Alauli P.S. case No.101 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 series to the present application. A report was called for from the Trial Court regarding the stage of the trial. It has been reported that the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. The trial is expected to be concluded within a period of three months. Considering the aforesaid facts and the stage of the trial,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14006 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
