2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 249/2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 30.10.2023 by the informant, Kapildeo Raut.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that one Sharad Yadav was constructing his house, when the accused persons came armed variously and assaulted him as also his son causing injuries. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioners tried to impress upon this Court that due to land dispute, certain scuffle

Learned APP Mr. Bharat Bhushan has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that the injuries are on the head inasmuch as, the injury has been recorded as 3 ́x1/2 ́ ́ in occipito-parietal reason besides fracture of 5 ́ metacarpal bones of left hand. The injury has been recorded as grievous in nature.

6. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail. The anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
