JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that some co-accused persons were arrested in connection with another case and the aforesaid co-accused confessed their guilt leading to recovery of looted articles. The aforesaid co-accused also disclosed the name of the petitioner and on that basis, petitioner was arrested and he, too, made his confessional statement. Petitioner is in jail custody since14.06.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37261 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 151 of 2015.
