The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019 in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 159/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/34/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the I-20 Car of which he is the driver and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
