This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of demand of dowry and torture is specific against the husband of the deceased. Petitioners are sisters and brother of the husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
