2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Alauli Police Station Case No. 433 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2018.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submit that the trial is on the verge of completion.

5. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners is rejected herewith.
