The petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case no. 170/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended Binod Rai, the petitioner and Nagina Baitha and in front of the house of the petitioner two motorcycles were recovered. On the disclosure made by the petitioner two motorcycles were recovered near a Monastery. It is submitted that Nagina Baitha has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent except a case under Section 366 (A) of the IPC. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43320 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case no. 170/2015.
