The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioner made indiscriminate firing on the order of co-accused Shambhu Yadav. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
