2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 379 of 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in cyber fraud.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 21.03.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that, the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and without accepting his guilt, is ready to pay the alleged cheated amount of Rs. 85,000/- by way of Demand Draft to the informant.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, at the time of furnishing his bail bonds will produce a demand draft of Rs. 85,000/- in the name of the informant in the Court below and the same shall be released in favour of the informant by the concerned Court below.
