For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajni Kant Jha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Manish Kumar 2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The impugned order of the trial court goes to show that the prosecution evidence was closed on 16.12.2016 and, after that, four consecutive dates were given to the defence to produce their evidence but defence failed to produce their evidence. Moreover, learned court below has mentioned in his impugned order that the trial of the petitioner is likely to be disposed of in next month. Considering the aforesaid submission, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 882 of 2015, arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2015, pending in the court of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna, stands rejected.
