The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 270 Kg. of Mahua flower from a truck.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no connection with the truck in question and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 05.08.2019.

Case No. 336 of 2019.
