The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted liberty to file representation before the respondents no.2 and 6 and the respondents no.2 and 6 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondents no.2 and 6 regarding
Patna High Court CWJC No.18052 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondents no.2 and 6 are directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
