2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He was sitting on the motorcycle as a pillion rider and when the police stopped the motorcycle, the main culprit became successful in fleeing away leaving behind the motorcycle and the petitioner was arrested. He is under custody since 20.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
