JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this court but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are in jail custody since long and their case is almost similar to the case of those co-accused, who have already been granted bail by this Court. It is further submitted by him that although, charge has already been framed but up till now, the trial of the petitioners could not be concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44145 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2014 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014.
