JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 379, 304 and 295 IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 435/2009, Tr. No. 1091/2018.

2. At the very outset, learned APP submits that the process under Section 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been concluded as the petitioner has been declared absconder. It is further submitted that the complaint has been filed as far back as in the year 2009 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and has been heard.
