The petitioners are in custody in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In the instant case total 27 ltrs of Nepali Wine was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 11.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61558 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Madhubani, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019.
