The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that in the evening of 01.05.2019, the informant, Niranjan Prasad, was present at his door. At that time, both petitioners along with their associates came there and started to abuse and cause assault. In the meantime, Kariman Prasad (petitioner no.1) gave sword blow at his nephew, Praduman Kumar, causing injury at his back. Thereafter, Ishwar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63986 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Dehri (petitioner no.2) while opened fire but none sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that occurrence took place due to land dispute, in which, petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 was also instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of petitioner no.1.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
