2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to avail remedy before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna. The petitioner further informs that the Chairman of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation is not cooperating with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and as such the grievance of the petitioner as prayed for in Para-1 of the writ petition is kept pending till date.

Considering the aforesaid information and statement made in the counter affidavit, any miscalculation which has been admitted in Para-10 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 can only be rectified by them and accordingly necessary steps be taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner.

4. This Court, accordingly, directs the Chairman of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner to take appropriate measures in accordance with law and redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
