====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that one Kumar Kanhaiya, ExBranch Manager transferred Rs.60,00,000/- to the different accounts of his relatives and from those accounts money were also withdrawn.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43822 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. The prayer of bail is rejected.
However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail then it may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
