The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019 in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession but from the road side. It is further submitted that name of the present petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, Ravi Mehta, which has no evidentiary value.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
