The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 302 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of a country made pistol along with ten live cartridges from his possession.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, nothing was recovered from his possession and the police falsely roped in the

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Alauli P.S.
