The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.223 of 2021 registered under Sections 413, 414, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The theft truck was recovered from the shop of Jhalak Sah. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64223 of 2022(2) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. II, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.223 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
