Patna High Court CWJC No.14053 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 petitioners submits that the facts of the case and law involved in the present writ petition is similar to that of CWJC No. 13951 of 2024, which was disposed of earlier today i.e. on 19.09.2024 and the present writ petition can be disposed of in light of the judgment dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 13951 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner and in view of the observation made in paragraphs no. 21 and 22 in the judgment dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 13951 of 2024, without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of judgment dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 13951 of 2024.
