2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that in view of the statement made in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit, which is reproduced hereinafter, the matter has become infructuous:

"6. That it is stated that since the petitioner did not have PRAN Number, as such his claim could not be disposed off. At present vide bill no.29 dated 20.06.2013 the claim of the petitioner from 02.09.2008 to 31.03.2013 amount to Rs. 9,38,258/- has already been

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has no objection and seeks to withdraw the present writ petition as having become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
