Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 607 of 2015 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and sections 25(1B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49086 of 2016.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been in custody since 27.06.2015 i.e. for about one year and nine months. Learned counsel further submits that there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14294 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015.
