Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

As per prosecution case, 94.56 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from in front of the house of co-accused Raushan Kumar. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended persons. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court-I-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hajipur at Vaishali in Goraul Excise P.
