The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 instituted for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that Alamgir assaulted the informant with Farsa on the head. Thereafter, petitioner no.2 assaulted the brother of the informant Nizam, Petitioner no.4 assaulted Sajid, petitioner no. 1 assaulted Moiz and accused Rafique assaulted the aunt of the informant with Farsa and Talwar etc.

No.14497 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 The injury report of Mois, Nijam and others have been filed as Annexure-3 series which shows none of the injured have sustained injury on any vital part of the body. The learned counsel for O.P. appears and opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Araria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
