JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For direction to the concerned respondent for open seal of the petitioner Hospital which was sealed by respondent no.5 without any reason.

(b) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without issuance of any show cause

Patna High Court CWJC No.16532 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 notice and without seeking any clarification from the petitioner, the hospital of the petitioner, namely, Sai Hospital, Forbesganj, Araria, has been sealed, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Civil Surgeon, Araria for desealing the hospital in question. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Civil Surgeon, Araria, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, by the District Civil Surgeon, Araria, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
