2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 303(2), 61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others, while trying to commit ATM fraud by changing the ATM card of the informant. The petitioner has been caught on the spot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2025.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
