The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner, who is an Ex Mukhia, and Panchayat Sachiv is that they did not install solar light at the scheduled spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of public demand, solar light was installed at a place at some distance from the scheduled place.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation that no solar light was installed, the above named petitioner, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43849 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
