2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the deceased was killed for demand of dowry by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 01.07.2023. He further submits that she has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Petitioner is relative of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66462 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023.
