JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested from a gumti while he was engaged in preparing fake income certificate. The laptop and printouts of fake income certificate were seized. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.07.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent. The investigation of this case has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44324 of 2015 (3) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachi) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2015.
