JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr.Vs. The State Of Bihar, reported In (2017)5 Scc 383 where the Apex Court has laid down the principle to be considered for compassionate appointment of the dependents of the deceased-employee, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to strictly adhere the principle discussed by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh(Supra) and take final decision within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
