JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under section 25(1B)(a) of the Arms Act. It is alleged that a loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is an accused in one more case, which is of the year 2005. Further more, he is in custody since 19.7.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Sabir Alam is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.372 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.
