2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a women and allegation is of recovery of 135 liters of liquor concealed under straw near the house of the petitioner.

4. It is next submitted that petitioner was not arrested from the spot as such nothing was recovered from her conscious possession and even alleged recovery is from a place which does not belong to the petitioner and she came to be implicated based on secret information which is the easiest way to

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5000 /- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024.
