The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 79/2014 registered for the offence under Section 498A, 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged in her complaint petition that the petitioner being husband subjected her to physical and mental torture and he also solemnized second marriage. The informant made allegation against Harendra Singh that he committed rape with her.
It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner being husband, is in jail for more than six months., he is
