This matter has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Maruth Nath Roy, who prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to exhaust alternative remedy available to him under the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015, which provides for an appellate authority as against the order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority constituted under the Service Rules.
