The petitioner seeks bail in Marauna P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that 27 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the back side of the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Supaul in Marauna P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017.
