ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 03.09.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Maintenance Case No. 183 of 2010. Considering that the impugned order is merely one of ad-interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already.
