The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) Issuance of an order/s, direction/s or writ/s in nature of certiorari quashing the order under Memo No. 4250 dated 03.06.2022 (Annexure-6) issued under the signature of (Res. Nos.4) Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna by which request for giving joining by extending some time till August, 2019 on the post of Sahkarita Prasar

Patna High Court CWJC No.17447 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/3 Padadhikari of the petitioner along with others equal candidates has been rejected without giving any opportunity or any hearing to the petitioner and without considering the case of the petitioner. (ii) The order under Memo No. 4250 dated 03/06/2022 be declared illegal and violative of the Principal of Natural Justice and due procedure of law and thus the same be quashed.

(iii) The order under Memo No. 6777 dated 18.07.19 issued under the signature of The Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna, the said office order never been communicated to the petitioner, it is mere violative of the Principal of Natural Justice and due procedure of law and thus the same may be declared illegal and be quashed. (iv) Further issuance of an order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to join and perform his duty on the said post Sahkarita Prasar Padadhikari, be paid salary from August, 2019 both arrears and current and other benefits treating him to be in continuous in service."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
