2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 27961 of 2024 with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge or after period of six months, whichever may be earlier.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the light of order dated 01.08.2024 charges have been framed on 21.08.2024. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 15.02.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge,II, Naugachia in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 420 of 2023, that subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

5. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, without any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
