JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Despite the statutory provisions underlying Section 14A(6) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and Section 10 of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008, yet the petitioner endeavoured to question the election to the Dharhi Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Block-Beldor in the District of Khagaria by way of a writ petition inter alia on grounds of bogus voter list. The writ petition is misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
