JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 16-10-2015 Heard Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned Assistant Counsel to Advocate General, for the Staterespondents. Having regard to the facts which have been stated in the present writ petition, we are of the view that a proper and effective investigation is needed in the present case. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we close this writ petition with direction to the Officer-in-Charge,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1008 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 Bettiah Police Station to investigate in accordance with law Bettiah Town Police Station Case No.210 of 2015 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously. We also direct the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, to ensure that the investigation in the case aforementioned is carried out in accordance with law and effectively so that the investigation is brought to its logical conclusion.
