Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41074 of 2012 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 quashing the order dated 14.03.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in Complaint Case No. 1724 of 2011 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
