This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Dilshad. Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar nature wherein first information report was against unknown and the petitioner was implicated on the statement of the coaccused. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15881 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Araria, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
