2. The matter relates to a selection to the post of Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre under Ward No. 12 of Baligaw, Gram Panchayat in the District of Saran. The petitioner has a grievance that despite the fact that in the merit list, she has been placed at serial No.1, she is not being engaged.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents- State of Bihar, from which it appears that the process of selection has to be processed through Aam Sabha, which has yet not been done.

4. This is not in dispute that the petitioner has remedy of raising her grievance before the Child Development Project Officer under the new guidelines, governing selection to the post of Anganbari Sevika.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has referred to the averment made in paragraph 8 of the writ application to submit that she has already approached the Child Development Project Officer.

6. This application is disposed of, in the aforesaid background, with the observation that let Child Development Project Officer consider the petitioner's grievance and pass appropriate orders in conformity with the provisions under the guidelines regulating the concerned process of selection within the period prescribed under the guidelines.

7. This disposes of the application.
