JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Pipra P.S. Case No. 77/15, instituted under section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45240 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 The informant alleged that his widowed daughter-in-law had illicit relationship with one Ghanshyam Sharma, and for this a Panchayati was arranged, wherein the parties were directed to deposit Rs.11,000/-, and they agreed to marry, but later Ghanshyam Sharma refused to marry because of which the daughter-in-law committed suicide. The petitioners were the members of Panchayati.
Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks in the court below, the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S.
