The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 306/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that on 25.7.2019 at 4 PM while the informant was returning from Mandir, all FIR named accused persons passed indecent comments and this petitioner forcibly put vermilion on her head. It is further alleged that on the next day, all the FIR named accused persons came on the residence and abused her brother which abated him to commit suicide.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since14.6.2019. In view of the nature of allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
